Very smooth and easy transaction. Simply bring in your clean shoes clothing accessories etc that are currently in trend. You can drop them off while you shop either in their store where they have items for tweens teens college age and even 50-year-old grandmothers with a decent selection of men's items also. The girls there were so helpful and knew the answers to every question I had. They pay really well for instant and same day cash with higher payout for store credit. They have quality clothing shoes and handbags at excellent prices. For gently used items you can't beat the prices anywhere and their marked sale items are 50 and 70% off which makes a nearly new pair of nikes I saw today less than $6!! I wish I knew how easy and profitable this was before now. A+ employee's and customer service only make the experience that much nicer.
Such a great place with really nice clothes, huge selection that’s well organized, and they even accept a lot of my nice clothes that don’t fit me, when I’ve had bad experiences in the past of places not accepting my clothes even though they were good name brands and in great shape! So happy I’ve discovered this place!

I’m very excited about my purchase, today 09/28/25 especially the Alexander McQueen sneakers… I didn’t buy them in May @ full price second guessing which allowed someone else to buy them… However,as God /fate would have it I saw them today and Helen the sales girl remembered me after explaining the situation and said They May Marked Down for a $1.00 Oh WOW DID THAT JUST MADE MY DAY!!! we were excited to check out the store. The staff was very stand offish. I have been to other uptown’s and expected the buyers to be picky about what you get in. I didn’t notice until after I had paid there was large bleach stain. I was very dissatisfied with the service and quality. So just beware when you shop there that you need to check the items for quality very carefully since the store is not paying attention to what they put on the floor.
