Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to give this facility a try. I made an appointment for 10:30am on a Tuesday for some severe foot pain, arrived about 5 min early, and was promptly called from the waiting area right around 10:30. I was seen right away by an RN who took my information and vitals, and after waiting another 5 min or so, was seen by the Dr. (an actual MD, not a PA). He understood what symptoms I was experiencing, did a diagnosis, requested X-rays just to be certain. About 5 min later I was taken to get X-rays, then after another 10 min or so, the Dr. came back in and gave the results (negative), and then explained the condition and gave me a script for the inflammation I was experiencing. All in all, I was there only about an hour, and honestly, I couldn't have gotten any better service. Easily 5 stars. (and this is NOT an AI review lol)
Absolutely terrible experience — if there were a 0-star option, I’d choose it. This place is completely unprofessional and shows zero care for patients. They don’t listen, they don’t help, and they hide behind excuses like “we can’t give you anything unless we see it,” while admitting they don’t even have the proper equipment to see it. What a joke. When I mentioned concerns about the high blood pressure test, the LPN, Sarah, literally said “I don’t care a thing about it.” Unbelievable. After asking the same questions that are in 2 notes already, she seemed to make a decision and became visibly impatient, cut me off mid-sentence, and said “you’re all set” then walking out with the RN student who was handling the case and leaving patient alone in the room. No walk-out, no check-out — just pure disregard for basic respect and patient care. They offered no help, no suggestions, nothing. It’s clear they only care about getting through as many patients as possible, not about actually treating anyone. What were you rushing for — dinner, water, or the next billing? I have no idea. It’s honestly shocking that this kind of service exists. Judging by their 2-star rating, I’m clearly not alone. I now understand why. Maybe instead of trying to inflate your Google rating with fake 5-star reviews, you should actually improve your service. Don’t waste your time here. Go to somewhere else that at least respect their patients.
Came in for tooth socket, neck and shoulder nerve pain with textbook symptoms of a spreading infection. Waited about an hour to be seen. Weirdly, I had to explain my problem twice to two different RN's (one after the other) and finally got to see an NP (not a doctor) after another 25 minutes. She did a quick examination and told me there was nothing she could do for me because she can't physically see the problem despite it being a nerve. Sarah, the NP, is unqualified and was indifferent to my condition, effectively wasting my time here.
This is the most friendliest staff. From the intake to the nurses to Doctor! I felt so well taken care of. It's a beautiful facility, very patient oriented.
Everyone here from the people at the front desk to the X-ray tech were all so nice and dedicated to making me feel better. I went in right when they opened, so my wait time was only about 5-10 minutes. I had caught bronchitis, which forced me to cancel a vacation that I was supposed to leave for that morning, so the nurses and PA all made sure to try to cheer me up and offer support.
