Great & helpful staff. Tatianna was super kind & helped explain the different options to us. Great place to let kids run around. Cash only, there is a prepaid card machine you can put cash into tho. Urban air socks required ($3.99)
Imagine having a good time at “the cleanest indoor theme park” and suddenly step in some kid’s spit in your socks. Make some sanitary regulations please. But for now, I would much rather go to an outdoor amusement park with shoes on. But the employees were nice.
Severely understaffed during the holidays. Kids are in their harnest, waiting an excessively long time before being helped onto the fun zone because the employees have to work several posts at once. Not properly organized. Kinda wish I didn't bring my kids here. Waste of an afternoon. *EDIT: After talking to management (and being "politely" dismissed), said management did go on the floor to help out in making the place more efficient to amuse the kids. Not all staff members seemed happy to be there, but some were very pleasant. Our afternoon did end on a better note than it started. I value that. It's never too late to make things better, and they did. Was it perfect? No. But the kids had fun and that's what we paid for. We'll be giving the place another try. *Side note: Do bring your own Purell! (But it is a kids' indoor park place. I would never expect it to be squeaky clean. Having seen many other places, that park wasn't the worst.)
I visited Urban Air Southlake on December 22nd and had an amazing experience! There was a fantastic variety of activities for all ages. What really made my visit special was the exceptional service I received from an employee named Jaliyah. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a great time. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist truly stood out. Thanks to Jaliyah and the rest of the Urban Air Southlake team, it was a day to remember! I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a fun and active outing.
We host our kids birthday party every year at this location. Kids as well as parents enjoy the experience and hospitality. Host (Sophia) was very good and professional. Wyatt W at the rock climbing and Imhotep S. At zip line were great. They ensured safety protocols were followed. Thank you to all the crew!
