What a wonderful time we had! This was our first time and we drove all the way from Savannah. Everyone has a great attitude that works there. There was one young lady in particular “Nayah” at the concession stand, handled the long line with ease. So much chaos was going on and she handled it like a pro!
My son had fun but it was crowded with birthday parties and other guest. We went on MLK day at 4pm, so I guess the crowd was expected. Didn't try any food as there was always a long line then they announced they were closing down food 10 minutes before 6:30pm.
My daughter has a monthly membership with Urban Air. Nayah from the Jacksonville location was exceptional with her service. I had some questions about the menu asnd she was very helpful. Of course my with us being at a trampoline park, my daughter was bouncing off the walls and was paying attention to everything else besides the menu lol. However Nyah was understanding and helped me through the process. Thank you again for your outstanding service.
Great spot! Lots to do and this location had just about everything working, which is rare. The zip line was very impressive and the 360 bumper cars (where you can rotate your seat even upside down) were fun. The older kids enjoyed the VR (although they could use a few more games) and ropes course most, while the younger ones liked the trampolines and climbing parts. This location is kept nice and clean and we spent about 4 hours there. Overall great experience!
We had our daughter’s birthday at urban air today. Cameron helped me through the planning and let me take a tour so I could get a feel for decorating for the party. She was so patient with me and very knowledgeable. Our day of coordinator Callie was equally amazing, so helpful with everything for the party between helping set up, helping with the waivers and lunch and cake time. We had the VIP room which was great for decorating and being able to be a little secluded for the party. I would highly suggest having a party here, we had a great time and it really made my daughters birthday special.
