We have had so many birthday parties over the years for my grandkids here, its so easy to arrange online. The check-in is always super smooth and the kids and adults always have SO much fun. This past Sunday we had my granddaughters birthdays, and the kiddos had so much fun, racing their mom's across the trampolines and jumping around together. We like their pizza and the food they offer. We typically bring in a cake, they take care of the rest! Thankfully they have cake slicers and really help to make sure all goes smoothly. I highly recommend, the great part is that Urban Air grows with the kiddos, we are super excited for when they littles get big enough for zip line and rock wall! Overall just a great place, really helps you with the hard part of party coordination.
We went here on a Saturday morning at 10 for a friend's birthday party. My 3 and 6 year old daughters loved it! A lot of the stuff is either harder to do or doesn't allow 3 year olds which is unfortunate but my youngest still had fun and my 6 year old loved doing the Zipline and Ropes Course (both height restricted) multiple times. The party seemed well run, the pizza from the cafe was actually pretty good, and the staff helping with the the party was very on top of things. The place was relatively clean (some areas not as much but no biggie) and overall my kids had a great time with the fun selection of entertainment such as dodgeball, balance beams, the drop zone (big hit), height restricted attractions, arcade, climbing wall, ball pit, trampolines, cafe with food and drinks including adult beverages, and climbing structures w/slides. We had no issues, hence the rating, but I can't speak to price as we didn't pay, or work with party staff behind the scenes, etc. I'm sure we'll return!
We’ve attended multiple birthday parties at this trampoline park, and overall it’s always been a fun experience. My child had a great time during our recent visit. Most of the staff are kind and helpful, and the environment is generally clean and enjoyable. The only downside was seeing some children drinking and eating while jumping across the trampolines, as well as sitting in the ball pit area with food and drinks. It took away slightly from the experience, as it didn’t seem very safe or sanitary. Aside from that, we enjoyed our visit and will likely return for future events.
We booked a birthday party in one of the private rooms and had a great experience. The host (John, I think?) was great and attentive. He stayed in the room and assisted with serving pizza and drinks, cutting and serving the cake, and just being available overall. One thing to be aware of when booking a room is that some of them are upstairs so if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, request a downstairs room. There was another group who had someone with a walker and an upstairs room so when we got there the manager asked if we would be willing to switch with them since we had a downstairs room. We were more than happy to switch, and the manager and other party were so appreciative and grateful. The manager even gave us a small discount for our trouble, which I really appreciated. Overall had a great time and would recommend this location!
I’m pretty disappointed in our visit. It is dirty, several things are broken or undermantained. Several staff members played on their devices when they should have been working. Apparently I witnessed a staff member fondling himself for at least 15 min, but he wasn’t wearing his safety vest so I didn’t realize it was a staff member until 30 minutes after the incident. Some staff closed parts of the park because they were needing to do the safety harnesses… after the same staff had been sitting on their phones for 20+ minutes when no one was in line and they could have been doing the harnesses. The tubes course had several features broken, with raw metal uncovered. The basketball trampoline area was missing foam over the springs, there were springs missing, and the netting was broken on two of the 3 sides. The manager was great, addressed my concerns, and was going to review cameras. My kids had a good time, but I’m sure they will be sick later based on how dirty everything was. On a side note, we bought the summer passes before I realized how dirty and broken so many things were. I guess we will be back?
