My kids always have a good time here. The staff is always very friendly and they were today as well. Their favorite thing is either the ball pit or the enclosed play area with the slides. I like how there is only one way in and out so you can keep a better eye on them. The prices are reasonable here.
After a very unpleasant experience in another Urban Air location, we moved our membership to this Urban Air club in Cordova. We have been coming here regularly for 2 years now, and I have been holding on writing a review. Now, I can confidently say that these people are AWESOME!! My son has ASD and sensory needs, the young team members at this location are so accommodating, polite and most of all KIND !! They are ready to help anytime with a big smile on their faces. Yesterday, one of the team members called Keshwe helped my son through the sky walk-rope course. His kindness and patience was outstanding! He brought tears to my eyes( of happiness, of course ! ) by his kindness to my son. I don't know all of their names, but there are a handful of team members I want to hug every time I visit, because they make my son's time there thoroughly enjoyable. Kudos to the management and parents of these young people too, you have trained and raised some amazing kids! THANK YOU!!
Urban Air is Urban Air. Thats all i can really describe it as. It colorful. Lights are flashing everywhere. Those little kids be on go lol 😂 they be hype! Little music is playing on the speaker for them. Its trampolines all on the wall. They used to let people flip off the wall. That was my oldest son's go to move whenever i took them. They have since stopped letting the kids do tuck flips on the wall trampolines. They used to have trampolines set up under basketball goals giving children a chance to finally dunk the ball lol. My babies were so happy to glide and dunk knowing they couldn't dunk when they were little lol at Urban Air they could though. I don't know why they took that away, but they did. Im almost sure it had to be for safety reasons. There are employees walking around the entire place ensuring safety. The are police security on the premises so security is on the premises. The have ball pits that the kids can jump into like a pool that glows all different colors. They have tight ropes and all types of obstacles courses with different levels of difficulty. They have a ride where the children are put in a harness and they get to sail around the top of the building lol. What can I say 🤷🏽♀️ Urban Air is Urban Air🤩🥳
Deciding between FunCity and Urban Air will be unfortunately much easier in the future. 😩 Greeted with summer employee teenage attitude and smacked with higher prices than our last visit with no updates or renovations was a gut punch. It’s closer to my in-laws and clean, but poor AC, poor customer service and inflated costs will encourage us to checkout the competition on our next visit. 😔
Today is the 8th Birthday of Urban Air and Thomas was amazing! Very kind and attentive to checking on my daughter and I to make sure we were ok and having fun. He was very interactive with my daughter playing basketball with her and kid-friendly. We had a lot of fun today!!!!
