I took my 3 grandchildren here today, and the sweet young lady helping them at laser tag, I believe her name was Haley was just wonderful. She took the time to ask each of the children what their favorite thing to do was and if they were having a good time. It’s clear she truly cares about making sure every child has a good experience. It warmed my heart to see someone so kind and attentive to the little ones. Haley is truly a blessing!
We had my daughter's 10 birthday here and I have to say our party hostess Hailey was absolutely amazing! She was so attentive and made the party run so smoothly!
My kids had a blast today at a birthday we attended today. They loved the ball pit obstacle course and trampolines. I enjoyed the pizza and full bar!
Urban Air is one of those places that absolutely lights up a kid’s eyes the second you walk through the door—and for that, it’s worth checking out at least once. It bills itself as an indoor adventure park, and to be fair, it really does offer a little bit of everything: trampolines, go-karts, a (short) zip line, rock climbing walls, virtual reality stations, obstacle courses, and a decent number of party rooms for birthdays or group events. There’s definitely enough here to keep kids entertained for a couple of hours, and if your child is high-energy or easily bored, Urban Air can feel like a small slice of chaos heaven. The vibe is upbeat and loud—very loud—and the crowd is usually made up of families with younger children, tweens, and birthday groups. The staff are all quite young, and while most are friendly and trying their best, it sometimes feels like you're being helped by kids just slightly older than the ones jumping around. This can affect the efficiency and overall customer experience, especially when lines form or issues arise. Now for the downsides—and there are a few worth noting. First, the price. Urban Air is overpriced for what you get. Admission is tiered based on how many attractions you want access to, but even the lower-end packages are pretty steep, especially if you're bringing multiple children. Once you're inside, the upsells continue—from food to arcade cards to extra experiences—so be prepared to spend more than you might expect for a “day of play.” Then there’s the cleanliness. Simply put, the bathrooms are gross. For a family-centered facility where kids are constantly running, sweating, and snacking, you’d expect a much higher standard of sanitation throughout the park. Unfortunately, this is one of the main reasons for my lower rating. The tables in the food court are often sticky or not wiped down between guests, and it’s hit or miss whether you’ll find a clean restroom or a stocked soap dispenser. Speaking of the food court—it’s there, and it serves its purpose, but don’t expect gourmet eats. The menu is limited and definitely on the mediocre side, with basic items like pizza, pretzels, and nachos. It’s convenient but not especially memorable. Despite the drawbacks, Urban Air still holds a lot of appeal if you’re looking to burn off some energy indoors. The variety of attractions under one roof is a huge plus, and kids usually leave smiling and exhausted, which is the goal. Just know going in that you’re paying a premium for convenience, variety, and fun—and sacrificing a bit on sanitation and service quality. Final Verdict: 3 out of 5 stars A fun, high-energy destination for kids with lots to do—but overpriced and could seriously use some attention to cleanliness and staffing maturity. Great for a one-time visit or a birthday party, but not something I’d return to regularly unless improvements are made.
What a great place to take the kids! Always a group of great, courteous and helpful staff that are attentive to the kids safety. We have probably been to this location 100 times in the past two years and go back almost every week sometimes twice or three times. The membership is so well worth it. Kids get a slice of pizza included, only thing I would like to see is a couple healthier options for those who prefer something else.
