Our experience was absolutely terrible. The facility felt completely unorganized and poorly managed, with what appeared to be high school-aged staff running the place. Customer service was extremely lacking, and the environment was very dirty and unsanitary. I brought my 8-year-old nephew and my 1-year-old daughter. I paid for both my daughter and myself after being told there were activities suitable for her and a designated area specifically for children ages 5 and under. While that information was technically accurate, there was no regulation or supervision of that area. Older kids were running through it nonstop, making it unsafe and unenjoyable. My daughter was scared to play, and at one point an older child nearly knocked her over without paying any attention. The food took over an hour to arrive, and multiple parties were also waiting excessively long. When we asked how much longer it would be, we were ignored and eventually told, “ain’t no telling.” The staff was incredibly rude throughout the visit. One employee at the register had AirPods in both ears, did not speak a single word, and was completely unprofessional. We paid far too much money to deal with unsanitary conditions, excessive wait times, rude staff, and an unsafe play environment for young children.

Not the cleanest place….. and the batteries improperly stored is definitely a fire code violation. The small tools are within easy reach of a child. This place needs new management before they are permanently shut down. Disgusting.

We celebrated my daughter’s 11th birthday here yesterday and it was nothing short of amazing! The manager, Bri, and her staff were all so helpful and were absolutely amazing!! Everything was perfect for my sweet girls big day and we couldn’t be more thankful and grateful for all the help we received from the awesome staff and their manager, Bri!!

I took the kids here on a Saturday morning right at opening time and they had a blast. It wasn’t too crowded, but I imagine it picks up later in the day. We normally go to Altitude, but decided to check this place out. I don’t think it’s as large as Altitude, but it has more variety of things for kids to do vs just jumping. My kids loved it and had a great time. The place was super clean. There seemed to be plenty of staff around and they were very friendly. I saw one little girl come out of play area breathing hard. One staff member went up to her to check on her and asked if she was ok. Super sweet. We’d definitely come back. Their cafe had lots of food options; more so than altitude. They have a designated birthday party area and had it decorated cute for a party. I can see us coming back here vs other places.

Fun for kids of most ages! I have spent the day smiling and laughing with my 18 and 10 year old. While looking for something fun to do while it's pouring outside, I came across information about the summer passes that Urban Air has. Please note you have to buy the summer passes online they don't sell them on site .We have spent 7 hours here today absolutely enjoying ourselves! Tay has been extremely helpful whenever I had any questions about what comes with the passes. She and the other staff did a great job keeping the kids safe.
