I’ve been coming to this nail salon for at least two years now and I consistently have an amazing experience. I always see Amy, and she gives the best manicures every single time. Scheduling is easy, everyone is incredibly friendly, and I always leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. Their color selection is fantastic, and they’re especially great at matching colors from photos. There have been multiple times where I’ve brought in a picture and Amy has mixed two colors to get a perfect match. They’re also wonderful at suggesting colors if you’re unsure. I started out coming here and getting nail extensions, but Amy took such good care of my natural nails that I was able to stop getting extensions and my nails have never felt stronger. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
For starters! I commuted over an 1hr to get to this place! And they did not disappoint! Tin was my nail tech and she was so amazing and helpful. She did my wedding nails and helped me combine 2 of my favorite ideas to create a visually unique and simple style. I loved her input and appreciated her unique touches! Plus the added services that came with the tier was much appreciated. My sister-in-law had, her nails to, they did not disappoint either and were beautiful. She enjoyed her service from her nail tech as well. (I happened to not remember her name, but she deserves a job well done as well) Thank you, I would recommend and return if I ever get a chance
Love this spot! Such a cute space, soothing and well-maintained. Jenny is my go-to pick, she always shapes my nails so well and takes her time making sure everything is even and my cuticles are cleared up. Her nail art is also adorable as well! I always make sure to book her, but I’ve been helped by a bunch of different artists at the Ballard location and never had a bad experience with any of them. A bit pricey but I work in the service industry and I feel like my hands looking nice are part of the job, so it’s a luxury service I’m willing to spend more on and I always feel so good after my appointments. Both Urban Nail Box locations do such a phenomenal job every single time! Long lasting, reasonably priced, and their entire team is so talented and kind.
Very clean & people are very nice 😊 I don’t typically do manicure but really enjoyed my first experience here with my sister. They also offer aftercare services if your manicure gets damaged a bit within a day and they will repair for you 💅 The fact that I most enjoyed about was their black sesame latte ☕️ - it’s from Aroom coffee shop! I will definitely going back here (and also just for coffee too!)
