They’re highly responsive and excellent with communication. They are also very accommodating to my particular requests and my dogs’ quirks.

My fiancé and I have been using Urban Tailz since January 2025 when we adopted our second dog. We have had nothing but a great experience since then! Both of our dogs, Junie and Raleigh, seem to love their walker(s) and always get so excited to go for a walk while we are at the office. My fiancé and I also love the flexibility Urban Tailz offers as we are able to add and/or cancel walks as needed. Recently, our dog Raleigh had TPLO surgery and Urban Tailz has been so accommodating - updating all walks to just take Junie and wishing Raleigh well! Their walker, Scotty, comes by to walk Junie and always makes sure to check in on Raleigh and give her some love and treats while she’s recovering. Raleigh can’t wait to get back out there for her walks with Scotty and Junie. We couldn’t recommend Urban Tailz enough - five stars all around!

I love Urban Tailz! Although my partner and I work from home, my partner has chronic pain issues and I am in tons of meetings throughout the day, so Urban Tailz has really made my life easier. It’s so easy to schedule with them, even when it’s last minute. Taro has a habit of picking up trash on the street, and all of his dog walkers have done a great job of keeping him safe. They are so loving with him - I can tell he has a great time. Also, their adventure walks are my favorite service! It’s so great that they are able to get the dogs out having fun in more natural habitats. I can tell from all the pictures that Taro is truly living his best life on his adventures. He always sleeps for hours after he comes back! And as you can tell, they take amazing photos! Special shout out to Jillian who I think is Taro’s favorite :)
