WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter was having a reaction to five vaccines, and had the worst headache ever. We went to urgent care and wait wasn’t bad. We were checked out and taken to a room where we were instantly treated. She was giving lots of different remidies and medications to feel better. Her headache worsened, but they kept us over three hours after closing. Our care team was exceptionally great, and they even put on funny cat memes on her computer to take my daughter’s mind off her headache. She braughr her water, string cheese, and a lunchable. Cheryl Rn was amazing and stayed 4 hours after her shift longer than anyone else to care for my daughter. We were finally discarded. We felt very cared for and prioritized at this urgent care. THANK YOU!!!! Would like to aknolage Staci Dumas, Lexi Ma, and most of all Cheryl Rn. Thank you Cheryl!!!

Dr Jennifer Leigh Hissett is everything you could ask for in a doctor. I went to urgent care in extreme pain and on the verge of crying. She listened, cared, and really saw my discomfort. She took her time to help diagnose me and made me feel safe and supported. She is truly amazing. My nurse Shannon was also incredible. She was kind, understanding, and gentle. I dont know how they both manage to be in such good spirits at 3 in the morning, but they did. I am so thankful for the care I received from both of them.

Absolutely the worst urgent care experience we’ve had. I’m writing this review while still sitting in the waiting room — we’ve been here for over four and a half hours waiting for a doctor to see my injured child. This place calls itself “urgent care,” but there’s clearly nothing urgent about their service. It’s unacceptable to leave a child in pain for this long without even a check-in from a medical professional. The staff seem indifferent, and there’s zero sense of urgency or compassion. If you truly care about your health or your loved ones, avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don’t care about their patients.

Since 2020, I have been visiting the hospital, and every time I go, it’s in an emergency situation when I am in severe pain or suffering from a specific illness. Dr. Naomi Nardi never conducts a proper physical examination or says anything helpful—she relies solely on CT scans and gives no advice, only saying, “I don’t know” or “I’ve never seen a case like this.” She is a doctor who graduated to help patients, yet every time I ask about the cause of my illness or the reason for certain test results, she simply says she doesn’t know. Each time I end up in the ER with her, she gives me morphine and other strong, addictive medications just to silence the patient with drugs. I do not recommend her at all, and I hope the authorities will verify Dr. Naomi Nardi’s competence and understanding of the medical profession. The rest of the hospital, including the staff and nurses, is very clean, professional, and respectful—my concerns are only with the doctor.

Been here many times and have never had a good experience here but today was by far the worst. I understand they prioritize patients based on symptoms, but they estimated a 1.5 hour wait and I waited FIVE HOURS while the entire waiting room emptied, people who arrived hours after me came and went. I asked for an update and all I got was “urgent care is unpredictable we don’t know.” Fair.. but I wouldn’t be at the urgent care if I didn’t need.. urgent care. I could hear the desk ladies whispering bad about their coworkers and management.. so unprofessional and rude but I guess that’s the standard here. I wish this place was better as it’s so close to my house, but I have to respect myself, my well being and my time so I will not be returning to this urgent care and I recommend you go elsewhere.
