Do not go to this place USA Auto Glass is completely unprofessional. The guy at the front desk was on his phone the entire time and didn’t acknowledge customers when they walked in. He was very disrespectful, very arrogant, and just stared at us like we didn’t belong there. He even had loud music playing the whole time. I don’t have a problem with anyone’s music or culture, but if you’re running a business, you should act like a professional businessman show respect, greet your customers, and appreciate the people spending their hard-earned money with you. This place seriously needs to get it together. Save yourself the frustration and take your car somewhere that treats customers with respect and runs their business the right way.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took my car to get my back door window replaced and they did something to my door so it would not open. When i called to get them to correct it they did something but they didn’t repair it so i called a second time and the guy caught an attitude and said he will take the window out and give me a refund because he not bout to keep dealing with me like i was the one that broke the door. So now i have to take my car to a body shop so my door can start back opening.
Customer service was great Roni got me in and out fast the price beated everybody else n Houston thank you again Roni and Milad.
Usa Auto Glass got the job done in 4 hours. The reviews are real. Best pricing. Professional job. Great customer service. I spent 4 days struggling and stressing with another guy who installed the wrong windshield. From now on, I will only come here whenever I need my windshield replaced. Highly recommend. 👌🏽
Don't go here at all I don't recommend them.. they do bad business and lie to you.. they end up putting the windshield glass but they didn't have the black thing to seal the sides all around and went back and didnt want to install it and now look how they did the work terrible... Bad for business can't trust them at all.... He said it's not true he lieing like always... Speak facts don't be lieing.. don't trust them at all
