Visited a property managed by Utopia PM. Ms. Bocaletti was present to show me the property. She seemed nice, just didn’t seem enthused to be there to show me the place. I paid the $60 application fee (steep) and submitted the application for giggles to see what would come of it. Submitted a few questions to property management group to clear up some items and got some responses however based on those response I was a bit turned off. I never heard back from them, not even a simple “we reviewed the applications but we went with an another qualified applicant, thank you for the interest”. Says a lot about management. Glad I was not a candidate for the property. I toured a way better spot for less in Shasta/Hanchett Park with $35 application fee and no admin fees, instead of the $60 application fee and admin fees and bad attitude. Just goes to show, sometimes things happen for a reason.
Renting under Utopia felt incredibly smooth. I appreciated the clear walkthrough during move-in. Everything stayed neat, organized, and simple. Their approach truly made my life easier.
