Great garden center with a wide selection of plants and supplies. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and I was able to get some really good deals during their liquidation sale. I’ll be coming back for sure
Worse service ever from a certain Maria !! Yelling at me, threatening me that she will refund me just for asking to park in front to pick up my order. Unbelievable !! You won’t see me again there
Unhelpful staff and even got accused of trying to fraud them. Don't usually leave reviews but after what happened today, I feel like others should know how these people treat their customers. My mother bought a Hydrangea from here the day before Mother's Day as a gift and it's already dead. She kept it indoors and took care of it exactly like our other hydrangeas that we've had for over a year. She figured we'd go back and see if the workers could help us out. How wrong she was. Instead we got accused of purposly neglecting the plant, keeping it outside, and other things. We then got passed to a second worker who was shocked the plant died and suggested it may have been sick and we should be able to get a refund for this plant. Nope, the first worker doubled down, nothing can be done. The best part? We left them the dead plant and that same awful worker now started accusing us that we brought them a plant from another store. So not only do they not help their customers, they even accuse you of trying to fraud them. 0/5 place will never go back.
Great service. I made an error with a big order and they were kind enough to refund me the whole thing. They also have a huge selection of high quality stuff. Very nice people.
This place is huge and I was impressed by the number and variety of plants and herbs, which were well organized. We were served by Pascale who was very knowledgeable in plants in general, and showed us a kiwi issai, that definitely captured our attention. It is a vigorous climbing vine and can produce up to 100lb of fruit annually. Typically it takes a male and a female plant to pollinate and bear fruits. However, this one is self pollinating. Surprised to see only one cashier at the till, in spite of the long queue and prices were manually keyed in rather than being scanned, so just verify your bill before exiting. Lots of free parking on both sides of the road.
