This review 5 star is only for today because all other times service is not great. The staff never look carefully & just keep waiving their hand forward without looking at the car tires to ensure they are on the track to guide your car in properly. Today Jan 16/26 2pm a staff named Ky/Cai (?) was fantastic! There was a white truck in front of my car that had an open back area. This staff member climbed up with a shovel and removed all the snow from the truck bed so that my car would not be hit with all the snow thru the wash. . She then waited till the truck was far in and with sufficient space in between before letting us move forward. Wow . Never ever have I seen such diligence in service before & I have been coming at this location for years.

I've been a customer for 3 years and this winter is the worst service I've seen from them. First of all, the snow is never removed from the drive way and the ramp which is so dangerous for vehicles slipping backwards. It literally takes 5 minutes from them to remove the snow in the middle and the obstacles that low cars just like my son's car is so low that it damaged the engine splash shield from the bottom of the car. I wanna also add that the vacuum area is full of black snow that it never and will never get removed preventing people from parking to use the vacuum. I'm paying 25 for the subscription just to get the polish and sometimes the polish sprayer either not turned on or empty. Crazy Absolutely worst winter service. Previous winters were better. Hope the owner sees my review and consider it. Until those issues are considered and reviewed.. my rating would change.

Amazing service. The car wash does a really good job at cleaning the car. Also, they have free vacuums and mat washing stations. If you have custom floor mats, you can bring them inside the office they have and they will wash them for you using pressured water. Also, one of the employees whose name is MIN offered me free license plate protectors so the plates don't get damaged in the wash. Thank you MIN for everything. Cheers! :)

Great place to get a clean car. Vacuumes work well and mat cleaning station are handy. Good deals for monthly passes

I had been a customer at Car Valley Kitchener for the past couple of months without any major issues. Today, after a wash, I noticed three big scratches on the top of my brand new car. When I went back to show them, instead of taking any responsibility, they simply said they “never use a brush on the top.” That’s not acceptable — if it wasn’t a brush, then something in their process caused the damage. We trust these places to clean our cars, not damage them. I have already canceled my membership and will not be returning. It’s extremely disappointing, and now the question remains — who will be responsible for the damages to my new car?
