This place is full of great deals! The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They have sales every day of the week which makes it easier to buy pre. Just make sure to bring cash because they are cash only!
Honestly one of the best thrift stores in all SD!! The staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean, and the products are top tier, I've found good quality products and amazing variety for everyone's need and wants, and all for low and affordable prices. Will definitely continue going back
A great place to thrift. Although its sometimes crowded and a bit messy but its mainly the customers' doings so no blame on the employees as they are doing their job well. I've done so much great finds there and my family loves going there too. Recommend checking it out and who knows, you'll probably find something great in there you might love
Hands down one of the best thrift stores around. Are the prices a little high yes but with all the discounts, it’s absolutely worth it. I would like to recognize 2 employees that have made the shopping experience excellent! Nora who is always smiling, pleasant and an extremely hard worker. Josafina who is a ray of sunshine, always has a smile and something nice to say. These two individuals seem to really Take pride in their jobs.
I’ve been coming to Valley Thrift Store in Escondido for a while now, and I have to say the employees here truly make the difference. Nora is one of the hardest workers I’ve seen she’s constantly making sure the store is fully stocked, clean, and organized. On top of that, she always greets customers with a warm smile and a friendly attitude that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I also want to acknowledge the amazing team behind the registers: Norma, Ricardo, Josefina, and Conchita. Even though they deal with what seems like an endless line of customers, they always take the time to ask how my shopping experience was and if I found any good items. Their kindness and genuine care make it feel like you’re chatting with old friends rather than just another transaction. It’s rare to find this level of personal touch these days. While other places can feel repetitive and impersonal, the staff at Valley Thrift bring real warmth and humanity to every visit. Truly an outstanding team!
