Jose at Valvoline Express Care was extremely helpful and cordial. They were running behind a little but when my car finally got into the bay he apologized for the delay and proceeded to take care of me. This is my second time coming to this location for an oil change. It's local, and the staff overall here are fantastic people.
Tony, Matthew, and Emilio helped me resolve an urgent dead battery issue with my car that had to be replaced. Tony was so kind, patient and professional when guiding me through the whole process from diagnosing my car, very patiently explaining the current issue with my car while being transparent with each step of helping me understand everything that was happening while providing tips for future reference. They were very transparent and honest when breaking down the pricing details and the warranty. They went above and beyond and gave me such a positive experience while I was stressed and flustered from my unexpected car issues and racing against the clock because it was already the end of the day. This team is very hard working and patient despite the heavy rain and working all day on New Year’s Eve. This shop will now be my go-to for all maintenance services and repairs moving forward. I will also be recommending this shop to everyone around me as well. They provide fair and affordable pricing for their services and made the entire experience so smooth and easy. This team really provides a 5 star service. Thank you guys so much for everything, I really appreciate all that you did for me today.
Fast and efficient! Ask for Jose - he will take care of you. Came in at 730am and Jose was ready to go. It was really cold and early but my man was positive and had the best vibes. Highly recommended.
Love getting my oil change here! Much better than making an appointment at my dealership just to wait 6 hours for them to attend and finish my car. They are so efficient and get me in and out quickly. Jose is the best! He always gets me the best deals and is so nice! Highly recommend working with him - he doesn’t try to cheat you and is transparent with everything.
This was my first time visiting for an oil change. What's interesting is that you can wait for the job to be completed without leaving your car. The computerized work is accessible from the driver's seat, and the technician even provides instructions and allows you to pay while still in your car. The job takes less than 20 minutes, making it a great option for busy people. One questionable point is that even though they replaced the oil with the best one ($140), they told me to come back in three months for the next oil change. I didn't get to ask about it. Anyway, I recommend this to anyone looking for quick service.
