After our first visit, the clinic sent a very detailed follow-up email explaining exactly what was done during the appointment and what was prescribed, which I truly appreciated. They also checked in with us by text the next day. When I had a concern and reached out, they kindly squeezed us in and examined my kitten again on the same day. The team was incredibly caring, responsive, and professional. I highly recommend this clinic.

My pets have always been well taken care of at Vancouver South Animal Hospital. The staffs are friendly and extremely kind to me when I faced the loss of my late cat. They always charge fairly and never made me felt pressured to put my pets under any treatment. I really think this is a great animal hospital.

We were worried about our dog, Tori, as he had an eye infection and Clarissa was super helpful over the phone answering all of our concerns and what was required on our end in order to book an appointment at the clinic as it was our first visit. The process went smoothly and check-in at the front desk was also very warm and welcoming. It made me feel like we were taken care of immediately and Andrea checked us in with Dr. Butler. Dr. Butler was great! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our concerns, and was very patient with us and gave us some helpful tips on how to continue upkeep of Tori’s dental routine! Thank you to front desk, Andrea & Clarissa, and Dr. Butler for caring for Tori’s eye infection and giving him all the treats he had that day on his visit! 😄
