I am SO thankful for these healthcare professionals! I've been a mom in Nashville for 30 years and this is by far one of the BEST pediatric facilities I've taken my children to. My kids see Dr. Toni-Ann Wright. She is patient, detailed and cares! EVERYONE HERE CARES! The nurses are kind and they respond promptly to questions and requests! When we've gone to urgent care outside of business hours somewhere else, they call us to follow up and to see if any further care is needed. That's one of many of my favorite things about here! They are extremely dedicated to my children's care. I don't feel like my children are just another number when we come here. We feel welcomed and like we have a team who cares. Thank you for giving back what's missing in this world and in healthcare.
This practice is the absolute finest group of medical professionals that all of us dream of. From the appointment setting to arrival, each person takes the patients needs and makes them feel heard. Through 3 children, Dr Keith Thompson is our pediatrician and he’s phenomenal just like each and every provider there.
We have taken our kids here since the first week out of the hospital. We love Dr. Pearson! She is so good with the kids and very knowledgeable! I couldn’t imagine my kids being under any other medical care. All the nurses are so kind and gentle. Even the other doctors are great when Dr Pearson isn’t available. If you’re trying to find a good Pediatric Doctor look here for sure.
I initially choose this practice to find someone who would listen and have more availability for my children. They have better availability but I’ve seen two providers of theirs( Timothy Edison and Toni wright) . One didn’t really listen to me, both made ugly faces at me at the time of the visits. Neither took their time with my children.They second doctor was eventually helpful but I went through so much before he was helpful. I know it’s not a perfect world, but I would rather not see either ever again. Wonderful back office staff but providers no.
The office is Great. The Staff is Wonderful, they are always smiling and they all treat the children as if they are their own. We have worked with several of the Dr's, but Dr Keith is our primary Dr. He is Amazing. He talks to you on a personal level. He understands and knows what you are going through. I Strongly recommended Rivergate Pediatrics.
