Unresponsive and unprofessional communication I filled out the inquiry form on her Instagram page and waited over a month with no response. I eventually called and was told that my date was available and that she could do the decor, but she was running an errand and would call me back. She asked me to send details of what I wanted which was literally a copy of a setup she had already done before but I never heard back. No call, no message, no follow-up weeks later. It was really disappointing because I was genuinely interested in booking and expected better communication from a business.
