Had a wonderful experience here, besides the reason we went. The staff were very professional and welcoming. They took good care of us pre and post-surgery, and my dog absolutely them loved. Doctor Sharp did amazing throughout the surgery, especially having to pivot after finding out was actually building up in Brooks' stomach. Mechelle, Stephanie, Violet, and Dr. Soyka--I am definitely missing a couple of names--were amazing through our entire time there. Great job, great people, I recommend trusting them!
The most AMAZING group of angel's EVER! I love Dr. Soyka to death, but unfortunately she was not on shift tonight when my 5yr old Shepherd "Chewy" displayed signs of possible bloat. Dr. Jones and the overnight staff made my husband and I comfortable from the very moment we stepped foot in the building with our sweet fur baby. They were able to determine he actually instead had a foreign body and ended up doing emergency surgery to remove the blockage and also perform a gastropexy while they had him open to prevent him from bloating in the future. VEG is an open concept hospital which allows owners to stay with their pets and be involved every step of the way. They even have special accommodations for owners to be able to spend the night with their fur babies and stay by their side. I've used VEG many times in the past and I will continuously use them over and over and over again. They are quite literally the BEST emergency hospital EVER. So thankful for everything they do. Because of them, my dog is alive and will recover just fine! 10000% percent recommend!!!!!!
Dr. Jones, Evie and the staff were absolutely amazing and helped my little Edison. From start to finish they were kind, competent and efficient. They explained everything along the way and I couldn’t have asked for better care. I would highly recommend if you need an emergency vet to go to VEG. They allowed us to be where we were most comfortable because he was in so much pain from injuring his back. I was grateful because that meant he was able to calm down and me being able to stay with him I know really helped.
VEG ER night shift and day shift treated my 15 year old dog who was in respiratory distress with the utmost care and compassion. They never separated us, even when he was in oxygen chamber, which helped with his anxiety (and mine)! Thank you for taking such good care of Chimi. He’s back home and acting more like himself each day. So grateful for a little Christmas miracle and the VEG team!
Had an absolutely incredible experience here. We brought our cat in after he scratched open an incision on the top of his head from a recent surgery, and from start to finish we were extremely impressed. The office is unique, well-equipped, and very clean, and the entire staff is truly top notch. You can tell this ER clinic genuinely cares about animals by the way they interact with both pets and their owners. We’re so grateful to have such a wonderful ER Vet so close to home. Thank you for taking such great care of our fur baby!
