Velocity is so much more than a gym. The coaches care about more than just your workout. They care about your overall wellness, your mental health, nutrition, sleep, stress level... All these things impact your performance. They are also some of the most educated in their field that I know. They dedicate a lot of time to educate their clients to help them succeed. They have everything from one-on-one training, to group training, to virtual options. They also have an amazing run club on Saturday mornings. They’ve built an amazing community! Join us!!!
I have been incredibly educated and supported by the team at Velocity! Working with them has changed my understanding of health, nutrition, and exercise and I have a completely different mindset after two years of being a part of this community. They care about our progress in the gym as well as our progress and development in life. This is not a place to come for a quick “fix” or with the hope of finding a way to take an “easy” pathway. This is the place to come for learning about oneself, facing those issues and challenges, and being supported through the process of making change and growing! I love it here!
As a member for the last 4 years, Velocity has been a steady and evolving source of education, encouragement, and friendship. My journey and goals have looked different: loosing weight, becoming a better athlete, to now recovering postpartum. My coach has been there for me through each and every stage as well as the family that Velocity has curated through their clients. As an “online” client who does not attend in person on location, I still very much feel that sense of belonging and companionship. I finally feel empowered about my health, my life, and my daily habits because of Velocity.
I love Velocity! The community that Chelsea, Brad, Tori, and Autumn have built is unlike any other. The coaches here care about each member as a whole person, rather than just how well they perform in the gym. They adapt to each member's personalized goals and truly care about our outcomes - both phsyically and mentally. This is a unique gym to be a part of and I am proud to call myself a member.
Velocity has been a huge game changer for me. I have been fairly active for the last couple of years running. I have always struggled with strength training as I found working out at home alone was boring and was never 100% sure if I was doing it right, and results varied. I have been at Velocity for almost a year now and have hit 100 workouts, and the results have been amazing. My coach, Tori, and the support team have made me a better version of myself, both physically and mentally. I have seen significant changes in my physical appearance and overall stress levels. I continue to see gains in my lifts and overall energy, and the community is a great support system. It's not every day you leave a place and everyone says bye or have a good weekend. I am looking forward to my next 100 workouts and to quote my trainer, "Let's Go!!"
