Killer paint job, quick delivery, help with loaner, transparent communications, the list goes on. Highly recommended for body work. They even detailed my vehicle which reminded me how much better it looks when it's cleaned up and brand new looking. Customer service was absolutely pleasant. No games, no doublespeak, no sales pitches, just facts. The inspector and the front desk personified customer service excellence. They could easily go the route of "too bad, so sad", but they chose to work with me and my schedule to make sure I got my car back on time and fully repaired. Excellent human beings. From the first phone call when our car was towed to Ventura to picking it up Bonnie was compassionate, knowledgeable and very informative. We received update calls every few days. Everyone we had contact with was professional the workmanship done on our vehicle was top knotch.
