We recently had a newborn photo session for our one-month-old baby, and while we were initially excited to view and purchase the photos, our experience with the viewing session has left us deeply disappointed and unwilling to proceed. Unfortunately we had an emergency, we were delayed in attending our scheduled viewing session on time but we contacted the studio on the same day of the appointment to explain the situation and request a reschedule.They asked the same amount again to rebook We all are human, we might have emergencies and our circumstances involving a one-month-old baby should have warranted a degree of consideration. because we were not too late to know them, we contacted just after two hours of appointment session... It is not possible to pay another £25 for a viewing session again, because we don't know how will be that day aswell, it is completely a humanitarian aspect and they have no flexibility made us really disappointed and no more consideration of venture studio for future photography aswell 🙏 Like every parents we are also sensitive on our baby, this disgraceful action has completely overshadowed the excitement of our baby's first photoshoot. We urge the management to reconsider their policy on unavoidable emergencies, as it currently lacks basic humanitarian understanding.

This was a fabulous experience and Louise was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the space felt so warm and welcoming. We arrived a bit all over the place, but she somehow created pure magic! The whole shoot felt so relaxed and natural - nothing felt forced at all. She made us feel calm, comfortable, and completely ourselves. Somehow, she managed to navigate a cheeky dog, myself, my partner, and a four year old with total ease - and still beautifully captured all the relationships and showed each character wonderfully. Her eye for contrast, shadows, and colour is incredible - she managed to reflect everyone’s beauty in ways we’d never seen before. The photos turned out phenomenal and truly captured our personalities and connections so beautifully. Honestly, such a lovely experience from start to finish. The other girls in the studio also deserve a mention are they were the most welcoming bunch ever, sometimes going into a space like this can be daunting but these girls are real pros. Couldn’t recommend Louise or the studio enough!

Absolutely amazing! Today I had a photo shoot for my 6 week old twins and my 1 year old son. The time care and dedication in making every moment perfect and making sure they capture the best images. I was dreading how the babies would be at the shoot but Georgia was beyond incredible, feeding and helping getting the twins asleep having my one year old in stitches laughing millions of photons taken in many different angles and positions and captured every minute of it. I honestly can’t thank Georgia enough, most warmest caring welcoming and down to earth person I have ever met who takes a lot of pride in what she does. Would recommend Georgia to anyone who is unsure about getting their baby photos incase they just photo how they are, Georgia will prop them in the best position and get you photos 1000% better than what you was expecting. Also sue who I met and I got my booking from was also I lovely thank you too Georgia you are incredible 😢 I appreciate everything you did today and the way you was with my boys❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Update !!!! Now I have paid and waiting for my images to be sent over digitally they are not sending I have rang 5 times today and the last time they answered and then hung up!! They keep saying yeah we will send you them right now and don’t I have told them multiple times it’s my son’s birthday in the morning and now I don’t have the photos for it! Ignorance rude and absolutely out of order. 5 TIMES!!!!!! Alright taking £900 off people but can’t send a email of the item🤬🤬🤬🤬

We had a pet photoshoot with our dog, Selma, with Jess here and I can’t recommend her or the studio enough. Jess was the most welcoming, friendly, and just an absolute ball of light all throughout the process. The pictures she took of our dog, even though Selma was being difficult were absolutely second to none. Her editing and photography skills were top tier, she gave us ideas instantly and had a vision in her head for our aesthetic and it came out 100x better than we were expecting. Just want to say a massive thank you to Jess and all the team at Venture.

Absolutely amazing experience. We had such a fun shoot with Jess who photographed our teenage daughter and our dog. They are best friends and the images Jess captured of them are so precious and will be treasured forever. Jess was so fun and kind and really made our usually shy teenage daughter come out of herself. We are over the moon with our pictures and can't wait for our wall art and album to arrive! Thank you so much again Jess, you exceeded all expectations! Couldn't recommend you more!
