I came here because my vet charge double for a consultation on a Sunday and it was a lovely experience. My cat wasn't on death's door or anything so I can only speak from a perspective of potentially low risk needs but the staff were all lovely. They fussed over my kitty which I like because it shows that they actually like animals. The whole process was really smooth. I called their operator, then they told the vets we would be coming. We were seen almost immediately when we arrived. He got his treatment and some advice. It was still costly but half the price of my vets so all in all a positive experience.
Dr. Axel and the whole team at Veteris are truly fantastic. We arrived referred from our regular vet with our cat in a critical condition, she had to be hospitalised and had an ultrasound and a biopsy. Axel kept us up to date all through the night, explaining every step clearly and carefully, answering all our questions and concerns. We were able to visit Misha before the tests, which was so reassuring and helpful. The day after she returned home, and even though she’s sick we are incredibly grateful with the care, attention and love she has received.
My cat got wounded in a fight last week, and the wounds didn't heal properly. It was very early on a Monday morning when I noticed it, and I didn't want to wait until 9am to call my regular vet. Melanie was so helpful and patient over the phone; she managed to calm me down. Dr Rita arrived within 40 minutes and provided first-class care, including sedation. I highly recommend Veteris for any emergency care.
I honestly don’t have words that can do justice for how wonderful Dr Sebastian was to me and my beloved dog Milo. He supported both of us in giving him the most peaceful, beautiful death possible. I will never forget Dr S - his kindness, gentleness and patience was more than I could’ve ever wished for, he helped and guided me through one of the hardest days of my life with such genuine compassion. Thank you for allowing Milo to have the lovely passing that he deserved, and for supporting me through it. Forever grateful to you. The RVN, Natasha who took my initial phone call was also absolutely incredible, I was so distressed and trying to comfort my struggling dog whilst speaking with her and she was so patient, kind and reassuring so big thank you to you as well. Overall the best possible service I could have ever imagined for such a sad situation. Thank you Veteris 🙏🏽
We adopted Dave the cat from our neighbour and hadn’t had the chance to register with a vet. A neighbour recommended Veteris and gave me their number. Spoke with a lovely person in the gone, Jennifer who arranged for Charlotte to attend my home and to see Dave. She assessed him and gave us a clear breakdown on what is needed and the risks behind it. She was very helpful and careful when dealing with Dave, even when he was not happy - I would definitely be using Veteris again in an emergency.
