There has been a Jeweller in this site for years. I have seen it so often whilst navigating from Shepparton Rd into Albany Highway. On a return visit to Perth after 9 years away I approached from the opposite direction.and took the opportunity to explore. This charming shop is now operated by Mike and his lovely friendly helpful staff. The cabinets show off beautiful pieces of new and pre-loved jewellery, and if they do not have what you are looking for, they can make it, or modify to order, resize, or repair. A truly positive experience leading up to Christmas.
I had a clasp replaced on a necklace. Both sides came undone, the string was not threaded properly and even after returning it 3 times, the work was still abysmal. Eventually went to another jeweller to get it done properly.
Wonderful service on our visit to have my mother’s rings resized. Staff were friendly, professional and all had a lovely manner. I then decided to have some earring made and I am so happy with them. The craftsmanship is fantastic and they look stunning.
I dropped my new engagement ring off to be resized, all the staff were a delight. They quoted the ring back to me within 4 days and messaged me that it was ready 2 days early! The workmanship is perfect, and you can't even tell where they soldered the ring
I cannot speak highly enough of Victoria Jewellers. Jade in particular is so good with really listening to what you want, and making sure that translates to the jeweller who creates the piece. I have used them numerous times and have always been happy with the result. The level of customer service and communication is outstanding, and the turn around time is very quick. It makes a big difference dealing with the actual owners of the business. Highly highly recommend.
