Made a booking after several conversations about logistics, they took the money then emailed and left VM messages saying they were not accepting the booking. When I called to clarify the confusion they were offensive and just said they can refuse without reason it’s up to them. What an awful way to treat people who are trying to organise a stressful event. Customers service is awful for a service that is not cheap. I made a booking for one 360 after debating on whether I needed 2 or 1, but ultimately I decided on booking one and in my booking requested discussing what I was thinking regarding the booking. But rather than discussing what I was thinking I got bombarded with calls, emails, VM’s but I was busy and could not respond immediately.. they decided to cancel. This all happened within a few hours. I wasn’t even given the chance to get back to them a few hours later. When I called the person who had called me repeatedly and left VM’s he was defensive because I dared to ask why they cancelled it and challenged he’s reasons being I did not provided enough information regarding the venue. Which was nonsense as I filled the form with all the requested information. Rather than try to resolve the matter with me he continued to be defensive and said they have the right to refuse. They have continued to send me messages defending the tantrum and cancelling because they didn’t get an immediate response. There are 100’s of 360 booth hire companies and so far superior communication skills..
