We absolutely loved this venue. It is truly one of the most gorgeous locations in the Phoenix metro area and created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn’t anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.
Highly recommend Villa Siena for a gorgeous wedding and experience. The staff was fantastic! Many thanks to Katie, who helped to orchestrate the day! She thought of everything, was very organized, and so positive and kind. She did all the thinking for us. The site is gorgeous and truly does feel like a Tuscan Villa. We loved the all-inclusive features which made it so easy for planning for a destination wedding. The wedding turned out exactly, or even better than we hoped for. One unique feature was that they allowed us to bring our own wine, from our favorite Oregon winery. Fantastic experience!
Having our wedding at Villa Siena was an absolute dream! We knew from the moment we toured the venue that it was the place for us to have our special day. The rustic Italian style of the space is so elegant and charming, and the coordinators were so helpful from start to finish! We had the pleasure of working with Kayla for the majority of our wedding planning, and I have to give a special shoutout to her because she was a rockstar! Super prompt at answering all of my many questions, and she’s truly a pro at what she does. On the day of the wedding, she made everything run so smoothly and we got to enjoy our day without worrying about a thing! On top of it all, so many of our guests came up to us after the wedding and expressed how much they loved Villa Siena. They thought it was beautiful and they had such a fun time! If you’re having trouble deciding on a wedding venue, you will not regret going with Villa Siena!
My husband and I got married on September 27th at Villa Siena, and it was truly the best decision we made. The venue is stunning, and it perfectly complemented our Spanish-themed wedding. On our big day, everything went so smoothly. Kayla, our coordinator, was amazing. She made sure everything was perfect and was always available whenever I needed her leading up to the wedding. Thank you, Kayla, for making our day unforgettable!
Can't say enough good things about Villa Siena as a venue and for their staff. We had an our wedding here on June 1st and everything went amazing. Our wedding coordinator Kayla was awesome kept everything flowing as it should and kept us in check. She set up everything perfectly to my now wife's liking. The in house catering did an excellent job as we got rave reviews for our food and preferred cake vendor through Siena. Honestly can't say enough things about this venue. It was the first one we toured and we knew that we weren't going to find anything else that came close to it in the valley. Hands down 1000 STARS
