I've had a couple of amazing haircuts by Liz at Village Parlor, and am so happy with the result each time. She is friendly, professional, a great listener and gives very thorough cuts that always match exactly what I had envisioned. So happy to have a neighborhood spot I can keep coming back to!
Got a haircut and highlight with Liz yesterday and I left so happy. It was my first time working with her and she immediately seemed to “get” what I wanted and was so positive about my hair. I have very thick, long hair so it usually takes forever, but my appointment flew by thanks to Liz’s great conversation and hair skills. I have a habit of crying after haircuts, but no tears were necessary after this one. I will definitely be coming back to see her!
LOVE this salon and everyone who works there! Everyone is so welcoming and they LISTEN to everything you want. Nichole is the best colorist and stylist I’ve ever had! I highly recommend booking with her! She’s a true talent and is honest with whatever your goals may be and what it will take to accomplish them. It’s so refreshing to have someone who truly knows their business and goes above and beyond any expectations you may have! 10 out of 5 stars. Cannot praise her or this salon enough.
I’ve been searching for a “home” hair salon the last 3 years of living in Detroit, & I’ve finally found my place. A happy, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Amanda - you did such an incredible job with my color, really took the time to understand what I wanted, and made me feel so beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Bri, you slayed the haircut and styling; a day later and it still looks as good as it did yesterday. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommend!
I got my hair done by Patrick today! He is absolutely amazing, I love the highlights and the haircut! if you’re looking for a hair stylist that is talented and passionate he is the one!!!
