This nail salon is the best! Everyone is so welcoming. I’ve been seeing Ari for about two years now and she never disappoints. She is so talented and can do any nail design you show her! I definitely recommend this place!
My new favorite place for a pedi! Beautiful, spacious spa with the most amazing pedicure chairs. They have wireless chargers, arm massagers & offer you free wine, soda, water, or beer! Had I not come with my girlfriends I would’ve been asleep within 10 minutes! Scheduling my next appointment before I leave.
I’m giving two stars because the technician who did my nails was very kind, and the overall appearance of my nails turned out nicely. However, there was a serious sanitation issue that I can’t ignore. When she began drilling my nails, I noticed the drill bit looked dirty, with chalky white residue and leftover product on it. At first, I assumed it couldn’t possibly be unclean, but when she removed it, it was clear that it had not been properly sanitized. I asked her directly if it was dirty, and she nodded yes and set it aside. She then reached for different tools and said those were clean and continued the service. I explained that drill bits should be cleaned and sanitized after every client, and she acknowledged this. From that point on, I made sure only sealed, wrapped tools were used. While I appreciate her kindness and the final result, using unclean drill bits is a major health and safety concern. If you visit this salon, please make sure they are using clean, properly sanitized tools, especially drill heads.
My husband and I tried Vinci nail spa to get pedicures for Valentine’s Day about 4 years ago and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! I’ve had a few nails techs and they were all lovely but my current nail tech Ari is AMAZING! Her work is always great and I never have complaints! I’ve never given her a design and she said she couldn’t do it!! She is VERY talented and have GREAT customer service!!!! Very accommodating with her schedule and very detailed with her work! So if yall ever visit…make sure yall ask for Ari and let her know Teffa sent you !!!
