Oh my goodness!!! The Hydrofacial with Sonija yesterday was amazing!! Felt like a mini micro massage with the gentle cleansing that just felt on my face was beginning cleaner than it had ever ever been down deep into the pores! Can't tell you all of the steps but the many steps just made my skin feel more amazing , younger, smoother and Tighter than it has felt in years! I finished it off with the Red Light Facial therapy dome! I was so relaxed I took a little quick nap while the Dome was on my face! Everyone said my skin was glowing and then it looked younger than it had in a long time! It erased the last couple of years of stress ! I'm going to get one of these once a month now. Sonija is excellent! This is a t true craft expertise and passion for her to bring Beauty outward and inward to your inner being on top of being a registered nurse!! Total renewal just with my face! Imagine what it would feel like when she does the lymphatic drainage! Many many services offered here that I plan on taking advantage of!
Ivory was wonderful! He helped us choose which IV package was best for each of us, made us feel comfortable (even with my little fear of needles) and we had a nice conversation while the IV’s were going. Clean, modern facility and top notch professionalism. We will certainly be back!
This used to be my happy place. Every time there's a "special" or membership advertised, they say "oh, we don't have that anymore OR oh, our website is not up to date" WTH?? Yeah, your website has a million grammatical errors too...if you can't get the admin part right, why should I trust you with my health??? I will be going somewhere else from now on.... Edited to add: They now charge a "convenience fee" for paying with a credit card. Prices are now for 1/2 a bag and not a full bag. They are too cheap to have more than ONE employee on a SATURDAY. Poor employee was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. My neighbor had to yell for me to get his attention because my IV was done and blood was backing up. I couldn't see him at all times, so I just had to cross my fingers and hope he was changing gloves in between patients. Good luck if you decide to take your chances. My only response to the IV Bar response is that it's not about having a special, it's about not honoring what's on your website. While grammatical errors may not impact service, it's very unprofessional. WHY IS THE WEBSITE STILL NOT UPDATED ONE WEEK LATER?? Memberships are still posted and not honored.
Love love Total Vip! They always get me in right away! They always have the latest and greatest peptides. Steph the NP on staff is amazing! Whether I'm sick or just need a little hydration pick me up this is my place! I will forever be a loyal customer! Everyone on staff is amazing!
I had a wonderful experience today at VIP. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in to the moment I left. Both employees that I spoke with were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. They took the time to find out why I was coming in and what I was looking for in my therapy. They explained every detail to me and made sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend VIP to anyone. Fort Worth this is a wonderful business go visit them!
