I genuinely like this place, everyone is nice and communicates well, but today I came in looking for information about contacts and wanted to buy contacts, but while getting my eye exam an employee accidentally broke my glasses and I was told they couldn’t repair it. I was told they were going to attempt to put in a warranty claim but there’s no guarantee it would get approved and gave me 20% off of a new pair, but I still had to spend quite a bit of money to buy a new pair when my old pair worked just fine. I just came in for contacts and since buying the new glasses took up majority of my budget, I didn’t even get to buy what I came in for. Everyone was nice.. I just feel jipped.
This was definitely the last time we'll go to this place, which is a shame because Dr. Sanchez is absolutely wonderful, professional, attentive, and kind. My husband, my son, and I had our exams without any problems. One of the pairs of glasses I ordered took more than three weeks (when they estimated they would be ready in two weeks) and they were scratched, so it took another three weeks to complete the order. This was unexpected but acceptable to a certain extent. However, another of my children went to their appointment and only had a foreign passport as identification; she was turned away and treated rudely, even though it wasn't the first time she had been to this office.
Very informative, the older I get the more my eyes change. They take time to explain, and being able to see my eyes up close like this it puts it in a whole new perspective
HIGHLY RECCOMMEND! These guys and gals are the best people to work with. I have been longtime patients of Dr. Goldstein simply because he treats me like we've been friends forever. He takes time to get my prescription right and puts up with how picky I am about it. His staff are professional and friendly. The Vision Plus staff are courteous and take time to measure my lenses so my sight is correct. Glasses arrived one week early. When delivering my new glasses they took time to check fit and adjusted them to make sure they were correct. Great experience and kudos to all of you!
My family and I have been patients of Dr.Goldstein over 16 years . He is the most compassionate, attentive doctor I have ever met. We are so grateful to him and his staff for taking such good care of our needs ; and always so professional. He clearly leads by example because his staff is equally kind and professional alwsys.
