I have been a patient at Visions for a long time. Dr. Heidi Pham is amazing! She has helped keep my eyes in optimal health! The staff is super friendly and engaging. The frame selection is phenomenal but if you want a different color they are on top of it! I highly recommend visiting Visions for all of your vision needs!
First time patient. They were A few minutes late with getting me for my appointment. Insisted I needed some retinal scan which was not included in my insurance. Told me it was “their” standard of care. After repeatedly telling them I didn’t want it they capitulated and comped it for this year. After I picked out my new frames I was quoted a premium progressive lens package that the Doctor recommended which would have $175 out of pocket. After some discussion we settled on the standard progressive lens package which was only $50 out of pocket. Let me just say I am not a fan of constantly being upsold. I did like the doctor and the staff seemed competent.
Great selection of eyeglasses. Impressive instruments and gadgets used to check your eyes, the sudden puffs in the eyes that I always gets started with are eliminated, whatever they used I didn't feel anything. Totally noninvasive procedure. Dr Phung is so thorough and knowledgeable. She really takes time to do her assessment. The staff also helps you get the best coverage you get from your insurance , I happen to have two. Lastly they carry designer brands like Chanel, YSL among other brands which many Optometry Clinic doesn't. Highly recommended place for your optical needs.
