I needed a massage more than I’d like to admit, so I booked a last-minute session with Bryan at Viva Day Spa Lamar since my usual masseuse was fully booked. Bryan was phenomenal and clearly an expert in deep tissue massage. He was so good that I now alternate between him and my original go-to. So glad I found him! 10/10 would recommend.
I was a long time customer of this establishment. I would go once a month to get a facial at this place, unfortunately they were unappreciated of my business. I got a call from the manager of this spa saying that I was “inappropriate” with one of their masseuses (Mind you, I’m 1000% GAY). The manager says that her employee said that I reached out to grab her hand when I never touched her. This establishment has heating beds that were too hot, especially during summer so I was feeling hot in the bed and I told the masseuse to lower then temperature of the bed. She also said her employee was uncomfortable because I was in a hot bed so my pants were itchy, and the girl thought that I was “touching” myself. When I left, the masseuse acted like nothing happened and even recommended some overpriced products and I bought a sunscreen. 3 days later I got the call from the manager to never come back. I told her manager to tell her employee to stop watching so many Netflix documentaries because her life is not one of them. Eventually, I went back to return the sunscreen and get my money back. I never wanna come back to this homophobic spa who judges their own loyal customers rather than question their employees.
Booked massages and oxygen facials for our anniversary and had the best experience. Nothing like a practice that delivers amazing results and shares in your special day. The bed was such a surprise before our treatments “Happy Anniversary” Thank you Viva!
I started coming to Viva Day Spa in September 2024 when I was struggling with the worst hormonal acne I’d had since high school. That’s when I began seeing Bri for facials, and since then she has played a pivotal role in my skin health transformation. Bri took the time to really listen and understand what my skin was telling me it needed. Over the past year, we’ve consistently worked together to find the right treatments, and she has also given me the tools and resources to continue the work at home. My skin looks healthier, I feel more confident, and I finally feel like I have a long term plan that actually works for me. What makes Bri so special is how much she cares about helping people and just how invested she is towards her clients’ progress. If you’re looking for someone who will not only treat your skin but also partner with you on your skincare journey, I can’t recommend her enough.
10/10 My entire experience was top tier! Trey started me with one of the best Swedish massages I’ve ever had; plus he’s nice and professional. Bri was an absolute joy! Her bubbly personality mixed with the knowledge of her profession and her honest feedback made me comfortable, as this was my first facial. Niecy, topped my experience off with a great manicure and pedicure, but the way she made me feel at home was the best! VIVA will definitely see me again!
