I had such a great experience with Charlene. I was a bit hesitant for EM Face after a previous experience where I didn’t feel very confident in the practitioner at another clinic, but Charlene completely put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire appointment feel very comfortable and professional. I never felt rushed or unsure, and it was clear she really knew what she was doing. I’m so glad I came here and would highly recommend Charlene to anyone who’s feeling nervous or unsure.
Amber was great! She explained the entire procedure and during the facial kept asking me how things are feeling and if I am doing ok. I would definitely recommend Amber and Vive for your treatments. I have been going to Vive for years now mainly seeing Dr. Nowak who is amazing! Definitely a place that makes me feel welcome and cared for.
Absolutely loved my experience! From the warm welcome at reception to the beautiful, clean, and modern space, everything was perfect. Dr Nowak was extremely professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience at Vive med spa. The clinic itself is warm, welcoming, and very comfortable. Charlene was incredibly kind, took the time to explain everything in details and patiently answered all my questions. Also, a big thank to Amber who was incredibly helpful and attentive. They are nearly 15 yrs in business and have finessed the medical spa experience. I really wish I could give more stars than just five! With the addition of the clinic leader, Lynette, Vive has become the best version of itself. Not only do they have stellar experts on staff to administer treatments and share product information, but you are given the warmest welcome and truly feel like family rather than just a number (a sensation from other clinics I’ve visited). What you need to know…. You can book with anyone and be very happy with results. I have seen Amber and Charlene a number of times and love how tuned-in they are to your aesthetic needs. They have a phenomenal selection of various product lines, such as Zo (which I personally love… try the DPD and Growth Factor Serum.. you can thank me later). Everyone is knowledgeable and can recommend products and treatments - without being pushy. This makes it feel like they truly care about your spa experience. Go and see for yourself!
