I had hired someone before and there were so many problems, so I was really stressed going into this. But Milton completely turned things around. I spoke with him on the phone and he put my mind at ease right away—he was patient, professional, and answered all of my questions clearly. I finally felt like someone knew what they were doing and actually cared. Highly recommend.
We moved into a new house and we were very excited to start some new painting projects with this company. Miles came out (super nice guy) to walk through what projects we wanted done. The guys showed up on time and that’s why I gave them three stars. From day one, the experience went downhill… The painter used the wrong paint on my wood surfaces, using water-based and instead of a polyurethane. The original project manager advised me to pay the guys under the table for some additional services so he wouldn’t have to “redo my estimate“ which I later found out was against company policy AFTER I paid them $400 in cash. The last day the painters were drinking on the job around 12 noon 1 PM Ish. They were even so bold as to ask my husband if he would like a beer. I feel like I’m a pretty patient person, and if the painting job itself was immaculately done I could have overlooked the paying under the table, and even the drinking, but the work was absolutely horrific. I was informed later that everyone was let go, including the project manager. They did assign a new project manager Luis and he was amazing! A new crew a.k.a. Isaac came out and did the best he could fixing the previous painters mess. I’m giving them three stars because they did try to fix the problem but would I recommend this company? Absolutely not!
The job started off strong but the second and third crews they sent out without warning did a TERRIBLE job. When we were no longer comfortable working with the team (after multiple chances to make things right) the owner was notified and we never heard a single word from him. I absolutely do NOT recommend hiring this company. The photos attached is just a very small sample of how things looked AFTER VS came BACK for touch ups. EDIT: Love that you're finally taking "full responsibility" now that other Google viewers and potential customers can see this. If you "completely understood our frustration", the owner would have reached out, instead of him ghosting us. So no, your management most definitely did NOT make every effort to make it right. Not even close.
We all know Painting the exterior of our homes is a big decision and an expensive decision. I got several quotes from about 4 to 5 vendors and they arranged from 7000 to 22,000 for a 2100sq ft home. Obviously, I didn’t want to choose the least expensive vendor if it’s not going to be a quality Job. VS pro Painting sent out an extremely knowledgeable experienced Manager to go over the whole project and provide an estimate. He instilled great confidence in me that the job was straightforward. The construction piece of it i.e. replacing rotted out boards, etc. would be done professionally and that the whole job would be completed within a very reasonable period of time. The quote came in extremely competitive and I decided to move forward with VS pros Painting after I got my Forest Oaks HOA approval. They were great about communicating and they were not pushy or coercive at all. Once the job started, the team moved quickly, and professionally and the job was done in two days. A manager came out to review the job with me took pictures and at that point the job was complete. I am extremely happy with the paint job and the whole process. Bottom line I highly recommend VS pros painting if you’re looking to have your house painted internally or externally. 4 pictures after and 2 pics before.
