I had an amazing first experience at VSL. Nam is the best! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it exactly! He was super friendly, quick, and had great attention to detail. The manager also chatted with me when I was leaving and she was so sweet! Highly recommend.
hannah did an amazing job!! she removed my old polish and put new gel on my toes, soaked off my old acrylic and put new tips and acrylic on, and did designs on all 10 fingers in only 2 hours. i highly recommend this place!!
I love VSL at the Gulch! They always do such a great job! They have so many color options & every tech I’ve had has been great, although Sunnie is my absolute favorite! They validate parking and always offer complementary drinks and make sure the whole experience is perfect.
This was one of THE BEST nail appointments I’ve had in years! I got recommended to book with Lisa and she did an incredible job! She has keen attention to detail, never nicked my cuticles once, and does an extremely clean and precise job! She was also time efficient! I got a basic pedicure with gel polish and a dip manicure and both came out incredible in an hour and 45 minutes! Even though I got the basic pedicure, I received an exfoliation, massage, hot towels, and lotion which at other places I have only had the hot towels. The salon as a whole is beautiful designed! They also offer water, soft drinks, and wine for you to indulge in while you’re being pampered! While the pricing is a little higher than I usually spend, I would spend it every time because you’re not just paying for the services but an incredible experience! I would recommend VSL The Gulch to anyone who asks!
I’ve been getting my nails done for about 20 years, and I’ve never paid $180 for a no-chip mani and pedi—especially not for such poor service. I’m from Chicago, where the most I’ve ever paid for the same services is $120, and the quality was way better. My nail tech, Lisa, rushed through everything, did a sloppy job, and got offended when I asked her multiple times to fix my nails. Even after she “fixed” them, they still weren’t right. On top of that, they charged an extra $30 just for no-chip on my toes, which is ridiculous. I still tipped her $10 for her time—because I’m not a garbage human—but I definitely would have given more if she had made it worth mine. The only positive was that the salon was close to my hotel, but it was absolutely not worth the price. I wouldn’t return. UPDATE: less than 10 hours after getting them done two of my Gel “No Chip” have chipped off 😒
