Annette is an exceptional dog groomer—talented, warm, and truly gifted at what she does. She works beautifully with my anxious dog, approaching each visit with patience, confidence, and genuine care. From the moment we arrive, it’s clear that Annette understands canine behavior and knows how to create a calm, reassuring experience, even for dogs who are nervous or sensitive. The grooming results are consistently excellent, but what truly sets Annette apart is her personable nature and her ability to build trust—not just with dogs, but with their owners as well. I always feel confident leaving my dog in her care, knowing he’ll be treated with kindness and respect. If you’re looking for a groomer who combines technical skill with emotional intelligence, Annette is outstanding. Highly recommend her at Wag Hotels West Loop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Ive been taking my dog Tzuco to daycare here since February of this year and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when he sees the doors and always leaves happy and excited as well. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The app is also easy to use and I love the pictures I get sent when he’s there! Would absolutely recommend to someone looking for doggie daycare!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and the team who works here. We’ve been bringing our dog, Bosco, here for two years— ever since he was a puppy— for both daycare and boarding. The experience has been consistently outstanding. Every single visit gives us complete peace of mind knowing he’s in safe, loving, and reliable hands. The staff is always warm, flexible, and extremely understanding— they genuinely care about both the dogs and the owners. We never have to worry when Bosco is here. We want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Shawn, who has gone above and beyond for us time and time again. It’s rare to find someone who combines such thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine care — truly one of a kind. She sets a standard for customer service that we’ve never experienced anywhere else, making us feel valued, supported, and completely at ease every time Bosco visits. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be treated like family, this is it. Bosco absolutely loves it here, and so do we. Highly, highly recommend!

Wag treats our puppy so well and he is so excited to go there every day! He is an intact male so it was hard to find a daycare that would be able to take him. Wag was and they give him personalized special care. Wag has also made it easy for my husband and me to go into the office. Checking in and out is seamless and the app is super helpful. We 100% recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Wags was awesome! Annette did a wonderful job grooming our dog, Gus. She even called to ask what my wife and I wanted for his cut, and she nailed it perfectly. We’ll definitely request her again next time. They also took great care of Gus during his stay while we were away for a long weekend. You can tell they really care about the pets they look after. Highly recommend Wags Pet Hotel and Annette!
