My dog has been going here for about a year when I travel for work trips. The team is so kind, thoughtful, and I love that I get a daily report card. My dog has come to love the staff bc I think she knows how much they love her. 10/10 would recommend!

The rule about dogs not being able to urinate in the facility is ridiculous. Their website says, "May have occasional accidents - we all make mistakes!" What? This is a dog daycare. Dogs are used to urinating in spaces that resemble the outdoors, and there is astroturf here. But in general, if there is even a hint of the smell of urine anywhere, dogs will take it as a sign that they can also urinate there. Even enzymatic cleaners (with the way they are quickly sprayed and wiped up) are not enough to truly breakdown the components of urine. Also, the expiration time on the packages is predatory. I have lived in many major cities throughout all four regions of the US and have never seen packages expire so quickly. Especially not at any of the luxury dog daycares we have utilized. There are other daycares in the city charging similar prices without all this absurdity. I'm willing to spend any amount of money on my dog for the best of the best, but I just cannot get behind this place nor do I think their prices are justified. Especially considering the location is in NoLibs, not even Center City. Edit to reply: Wild that this business is claiming to not know what's on its own website. I don't even need to include screenshots since it is so clearly still there.(your website /daycare-qualifications) Also, please do not spread misinformation. The vast majority of local places have a one year expiration date on daycare packages or none at all. If you buy a 10-day package and have 45 days to use it, you would expect to have 90 days for a 20-day package (which is still absurd). However, Wag Watch only gives you 65 days. This is NOT a normal dog daycare practice. It absolutely is predatory.

We’ve been going to Wagwatch since they’ve opened. Overall we really like it and our dog likes it (esp agility sessions we sign her up for), even though she prefers to be at home on the couch. :) We feel that we pay a premium for a safe, clean. comfortable and professionally ran daycare that vets the dogs and staff to ensure quality care. Dogs are family, and that’s how we feel about WagWatch when we drop her off. I’ve heard horror stories of daycares poorly managed and for this reason would never put my pup in a place that I didn’t feel was careful. Also absolutely obsessed with the dog report cards. Literally the highlight of my day when she’s picked up.

My ~9month old pitbull has gone to two 2hr daycare sessions and it’s been a great experience. She’s def a puppy who feeds off the energy around her, so when there’s another nonstop play pal around, she’ll go and go and go. This isn’t the best thing for dogs, as they need breaks. The folks at WagWatch understand this and can sense when a cool-down is needed and will help in moving either my pup or the playmate to a calmer area to chill for a few. I really appreciate this since injury and overstimulation can occur otherwise. My little girl basically doesn’t give AF about seeing me when I pick her up is completely zonked out for the rest of the day after these hangs… this is a good thing! And it’s perfect for the 100° or rainy days when walking and outside zoomies time isn’t as easy. Also, OMG $25 for 2hrs??? Total steal! Thank you WW for this awesome option/service!!!

Wag Watch rejected my 10-year-old rescue dog because I acknowledged that she barks when someone rings my doorbell at home. They said it was for the safety of the other dogs and humans. This is absurd. My dog has stayed overnight with sitters countless times without incident. She’s also a veteran of doggy daycare and goes to dog parks daily. I’ve never seen a pet service with such extreme rules. It shows either a total lack of knowledge of dogs or an unforgiving attempt to eliminate any liability.
