I love Wagbnb! I was impressed overall. My doodle Wrigley is very high maintenance with food, and will only eat his food with chicken broth and ground chicken. I didn’t think they would even feed him all of that considering there were a few extra steps but they were so nice about and re assured me that I wouldn’t be any trouble. On Wrigley’s first night, he had an accident and they alerted me that it happened and also asked if I wanted to add a bath. I really appreciated that because another boarding place I used in the past didn’t tell me, and 3 days later I picked him up and was surprised that his leg was covered in poop. There are so many services you can add on and you can tell they really try to make your pup at home. Communication is very easy, I thought it would be way more expensive compared to the not as fancy place I used to take him; but it was only $8 more per day and COMPLETELY worth it. The drop off and pick up service was easy and efficient. Overall, great experience definitely take your dog here. Take it from a picky dog owner that loves their pup more than anything!!!

We drive in from about 3 hours away 1 to 2 times a month for doctor appointments in Lubbock, and finding safe, reliable care for our 37 lb dog Foxy has always been stressful. Foxy is very anxious and had never been to doggie daycare before this visit. We started with a half day and added extra activities to keep her engaged. From the start, the staff stood out. They were kind, attentive, and clearly experienced with anxious dogs. I brought her bed, blanket, and toy to help her feel grounded, and they were completely supportive about incorporating those into her day. We also added the agility course. Foxy has shown interest in things like jumping through hoops at the dog park, so I wanted her to have a structured, positive experience with it even as a beginner. When we picked her up, she was visibly happy and relaxed. The moment she got in the car, she completely crashed out, which honestly told me everything I needed to know about how her day went. The report card was such a great touch. Seeing photos and little snapshots of her activities throughout the day made a huge difference for me. This will absolutely be our go to place for dog care anytime we’re in town.

Took my puppy there for his very first time being boarded during spring break and he had a BLAST. They send a report card and are more than willing to update you when needed. I felt comfortable leaving my puppy there as well as my pup being comfortable there. Definitely will be back! Clean facilities, fun daycare, great energetic staff and great rooms.
