I’ve been coming to WAK for over 10 years and have never felt the need to go anywhere else. WAK isn’t just a hair salon, it’s a place built on beautiful people, genuine care, and a culture that instantly makes you feel welcome. Every visit feels familiar and special, and you’re never treated like just another appointment — you’re truly listened to and cared for. A heartfelt thank you to Ella, who has been doing my hair recently. She is such a breath of fresh air — kind, attentive, and incredibly talented. I always leave feeling confident, uplifted, and grateful. WAK is a beautiful company, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly

I had my first appointment at WAK for a full head of extensions and a chocolate toned gloss on my natural hair for continuity of colour. The customer service I received before and during my appointment totally exceeded my exceptions. I have never come away from any other hair salon so impressed. Ella and Wade listened to what I wanted from my appointment and they certainly delivered EXACTLY what I asked for. The colour, the volume and length of my extensions were spot on. Ella educated me on after care and talked me through every step of the application of my extensions. As an older client (mid 50’s), the entire team made me feel so welcome and deserving of long luscious hair. On top of the amazing service, the vibe in the salon is beyond other salons. From the menu board to the candy bar, the neon signs to the resident puppers, WAK has totally won me. I will be a WAK client from now on, totally worth the 2 hour drive for me! I love everything about WAK THE SALON.

Being new to the area, I was in desperate need to find a good salon and WAK more than exceeded any expectations I had. Ella was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and spent time explaining everything she was doing to make sure I was happy throughout. The vibe at the salon is incredible, the team are so friendly and chatty, and a very special mention has to be given to Gus & Oli…any salon with dogs immediately gets 5 stars from me! 🥰 thanks guys, will definitely be back and can’t recommend enough! 🫶🏻

I can’t thank WAK The Salon enough for making me feel so beautiful for such an unforgettable celebration. Wade and Sean made me feel comfortable and cared for.
