I stopped by to adjust my glasses that I got from their online store. I received amazing service by at this store by replacing the frame - the same kind but fitted better on my face. They were very understanding, timely, courteous, and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough.
Quintin worked with me to help me find a pair of progressive glasses and a pair of sunglasses. He was so informative and knowledgeable about the frames, sizing, pricing and had answer or options, for each question I asked. He definitely made an effort to make sure I was taken care of and was very patient as well! He made the process of picking the perfect frames with a strong prescription and so many options, seem less challenging. I definitely appreciate his exceptional service, it's somewhat of a rarity in retail today.
I'm a long-time big fan of Warby Parker, and they never let me down. I love the frame selection, the charitable giving, the app (the virtual try-on is so good!), and most especially the in-store experience. The staff are always friendly and help me find what looks best and get the best deal with discounts and my vision insurance.
Warby Parker for the win! I went with my spouse and ended up getting my own pair of Rx glasses too! Customer service is spot on and the selection is fabulous. Quality frames and competitive pricing. This was my first visit, but with the fabulous glasses at affordable prices, I already have my eye on another pair!!
Excellent Service! I came in with 3 pairs of glasses for adjustments. 2 of the pairs also had scratched and they are fixing them free of charge with new lenses because they are less than 6 months old ! Amazing. I got the “wizard” who adjusted my glasses to fit my face to absolute perfection. Took their time and were very friendly and helpful. This place is always great, most of the frames r $95 with lenses included so you can’t really go wrong and the quality is much better than the cheap online brands. Take a trip in and you will not be disappointed.
