This was the most amazing car was experience, the people here are so amazing and so friendly. Not to mention that you can take your time at the end of your simple and hands free wash to clean the inside of your vehicle offering all purpose cleaners, towels, air pressures and vacuums. I highly reccomend coming to get your car washed here!!
I have 2 memberships (1 for each of my company vehicles) and I am never disappointed with the level of service or how my vehicles turn out. The staff is always friendly and courteous but I have to give extra props to Tevin who always takes the time to stop by and say hello. Great service.
Had the pleasure working with Tevin today, very stand up guy super friendly with my little ones. Just another reason why I bought a membership here. Thank you Tevin!! As for the wash itself, my car always come out spotless. Vacuums are super strong, air hose and spray for interior as well. Love the fact they have a carpet clean machine and able to refill windshield wiper fluid! All around great place!
⚠️ WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!!!⚠️ I’ve been coming here for YEARS! On Sunday 9/21/25 I went through usual. As soon as as I got into the was my two front tires were completely lifted off the ground by the rollers and dropped my vehicle in the wrong way directly on the track and blew out my front bumper. Immediately after, I got out to take photos and inform staff, the gentleman who was operating the switches at the time noted that he was checking out my car and did not notice the very noticeable damage before going through the tunnel. He also stated that this has happened 2 times earlier that day and almost caused a collision the day prior. So they’ve sent hundreds of cars through knowing there was a safety issue like this?! Should’ve been the first red flag. After making a claim and driving off, I had a bad feeling about this interaction, fast forward to Tuesday the 23rd and I get an email saying that they have evidence that my vehicle was damaged prior to utilizing their wash… I’m a photographer, and I have security cameras all over my house, I have photos before the wash as well as dash cam footage of the incident happening (including the attendant telling me to keep veering left, where the damage happened). All calls have gone unanswered. The number on the claim leads to an unanswered line and the number for the car wash is answered by another country. This has been the most disgusting and distasteful experience I’ve ever had with any business. I will update this post when/if necessary, looks like me and several others will have to go legal. EDIT: They commented on this review telling me to reach out to discuss things further, but their response was, “we can’t talk about the issue anymore.” This place is a joke… They refuse to cancel my membership too. They should 100% be held responsible for my damages/alignment as well as many other locals, OR SHOW ME YOUR PROOF THAT MY CAR WAS DAMAGED!!!! Look on BBB, they’re an absolute disaster. Wash your own car in your driveway or hire a kid from down the street to do it… these guys will eventually mess up your pride and joy! Or make it dirtier with the nasty recycled water.
Tevin was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! His exceptional customer service skills, combined with his extensive knowledge, truly made the experience outstanding. He even took the extra step of applying tire shine for us. I tried to give him a tip, but he kindly declined. This is the kind of car wash service we need more of—top-notch and personable. Highly recommend!
