I hired Watson’s 360 photo-booth at my birthday party, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The setup was professional, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the quality of the videos was top-notch. Everyone loved it and had so much fun! The turnaround time for receiving the videos was fast, and they looked amazing, great angles, lighting, and music syncing. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to add something fun and memorable to their event. Thank you, Denise💕

1 Star (Only because zero isn’t allowed) I hired Watson 360 Photo-Booth for my granddaughter’s birthday party on May 17, 2025 — paid in full — and they canceled TWO HOURS before the event. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Their last-minute cancellation ruined an important part of the party and left us no time to find a replacement. My daughter was devastated, and our guests were disappointed. Denise from Watson 360 Photo-Booth showed zero accountability or consideration for how her actions affected a child’s special day. Thankfully, we had also hired a photographer, or there would have been no memories captured from a day that should have been joyful and stress-free. This is exactly the kind of behavior that makes it harder for other Black-owned businesses who actually deliver. I will never recommend this vendor to anyone. Negative zero stars. Shameful. DENISE, in RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: Thank you for your response, Denise. While I understand that mechanical issues can occur, the fact remains that we were notified of your cancellation just two hours before a child’s birthday party — despite the distance and the fact that you’d already been preparing. That amount of notice was not only unprofessional, it was devastating for our family. No alternative, no emergency plan, no attempt to make it right in the moment. The damage was already done. A refund is the bare minimum — and while we appreciate it, it doesn’t undo the stress, disappointment, and disruption to what was meant to be a joyful day. I do not take lightly the effort it takes to run a business, but customers also deserve accountability, communication, and basic reliability — especially when working with families and children. We are not interested in a discount on future services. What we needed was your service that day — not an apology after the fact. I stand by my review. I sincerely hope this experience helps you reconsider your approach in situations like this in the future.

We planned a very big celebration and was excited about offering the 360° photo booth experience for our guests! Sadly, there was a series of unfortunate events and the 360 photo booth was unavailable which is understandable. The problem I'm having now is receiving my refund promptly. I paid for the service well ahead of time but when my refund was due Ms. Denise and Mr. Donte dropped the ball. After numerous attempts I was notified that my request had slipped through the cracks. I finally receive a payment but it was only 2/3 of what I paid. They claimed they were waiting on some money and would pay me with interest the following day. That never happened. I have so much happening in my life that it will take the help of our family attorney just to track this business and my refund. That's BAD BUSINESS. Today is the 26th day that this issue has been pending. Unsatisfactory. This has all been a nightmare. I will never plan something this big again and certainly will not trust this vendor for service as their communication is inconsistent and if a refund is due, GOOD LUCK. I will post screenshots of this ridiculously long exchange soon, once I have better guidance for processing and reporting. Try a different vendor friends.

I booked this company back to back for two events! I absolutely love the customer service and professionalism Denise and her husband gave my family an I. They come bringing all the bells and whistles to give your event and experience within an experience! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any occasion!!!!
