I really liked my waxer and the wax that they use is very nice. I would have given 5 stars and probably made this my new wax place if it wasn’t for the false advertisement. They are luring clients in under the false pretense that they’ll get 50% off of one of their first services, but once you’re getting waxed they tell you it’s only for certain locations and they are not one of them. Then I was hit with a bait and switch that I can get 50% off on my next service BUT only if it’s within six weeks (I probably get waxed 3-4x/year so very useless for me). I think it’s wrong. The product is good, but I wasn’t given what was originally promised to get me in their doors, so now I won’t come back.
Lauren did a great job on my wax. She was quick, efficient and gentle! I will be requesting her for my next appointment.
Kylee is the best! She is incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient. You can tell she always genuinely cares about her clients’ comfort and experience. I cannot recommend her enough!
I’ve been coming here for the past year, and Delaney has been professional, kind, and full of personality from day one. This location is so convenient and central that it’s become a true staple in my routine. Delaney makes every visit even better — we laughed through my service today, and it just deepened our bond even more.
This was my first time booking and my overall experience was great. Check-in/out process was smooth, quick, and easy. My specialist Brittany was amazing. She was very well educated about her profession. She walked me through every step and made sure I felt comfortable before proceeding. 10/10 recommend
