We chose Epic Caterers as our catering team, who helped us design a completely bespoke menu, suiting our tastes and personalities. The team were fantastic from start to finish, and even helped me fix my shoes when they fell apart! We had so many compliments from guests saying about how amazing the food was and how generous the portions were, they even saved some of the evening food for the two of us to take home!

Where do we even start? If you’re wondering who to choose as your caterers, choose Epic. From our very first enquiry call with Andrew, we felt comfortable, excited, and completely looked after. After that call, there was honestly no question who we wanted for our wedding. The tasting experience was incredible. We counted, and we tried over 20 different dishes! It was such a fun and generous experience, and it made choosing our menu so special. Then came the wedding day, 14.3.26, and I truly can’t find enough words to describe how amazing Ashden and the whole team were. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but every single person was warm, kind, accommodating, careful, professional, and just all-around EPIC. It sounds like a cliché, but so many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The flavours were gorgeous, the presentation was beautiful, and the whole evening flowed perfectly. Many guests commented on how smoothly everything ran and how there were never any awkward or boring “waiting around” moments — and we didn’t even have extra entertainment booked! Also, if you’re deciding on evening food: choose The Cheese Wheel. It was the biggest hit of the night. It looked fantastic, it gathered people together, guests absolutely loved it, and people were amazed that something as simple as gnocchi/mac & cheese could taste that good and be so fun as an experien. Epic Catering were absolutely fantastic from start to finish at our wedding at Kingscote Barn. The carvery theatre was a huge success and really wowed our guests, adding something extra special to the day. The canapés went down a treat, with so many compliments from everyone. A massive thank you to the whole team for all the help throughout the night — nothing was too much trouble and everything ran so smoothly. There's only one word to describe our experience with Epic Caterers: EPIC! We chose Epic for our wedding catering at Kingscote. From start to finish the team were amazing, with lots of useful advice and constantly going above and beyond for us. On the day the service was impeccable. The food....oh my goodness! It was incredible. So many guests have commented on how it was the best wedding food they've ever had and that this is the only ever wedding they've been to where they were actually full all day long. Epic are genuinely epic! I’ve had their food on numerous occasions from private chef experiences to birthdays and weddings and they never disappoint. Incredible food, friendly and knowledgeable team, and a consistently amazing experience every time. These are the only caterers I recommend. I’ve worked with Roxy and the team for numerous years and they blow me away every time.

Epic created a beautiful meal for us and our guests at our wedding. After the wedding breakfast there was especially lots of talk about the duck started. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food (and so did we). We also loved the Greek Gyros for our evening food. Everything was fabulous and the team made sure we were well looked after throughout the day and evening! Thank you
