All the times that I have brought my car for servicing, MoT, minor or major works, or to receive some advice on car issues, the service and attention I have received have been excellent and 5 star. I am also happy to mention of the very positive customer care, professionalism and warmness accorded me every time. The price for the works is fair and reasonable. I’ve never felt “I’ve been done unto or short-changed. The work to be done is well and fully explained, and the works are done to the highest level of excellence and professionalism. I’m a happy customer and remain so, even after many years of going to, and using West Cost Motors. It’s a garage I wholehearted would recommend.. They have my 5 Star.
Been here a few times now and always done a great job. Always try to be as efficient as possible and always giving a fair price. Al and the staff always really friendly. Always explains what is wrong with the car and shows evidence of what's been replaced. would highly recommend.
Albert who runs it is a top bloke, has sorted me out twice now on very short notice and is very fairly priced! If you want work done on your car that’s both reliable and fairly priced, this is your place!
One of the best garages in leeds. Had a few bad experiences with other garages as a girl but West Coast really helped me out and sorted all my issues out. Very cost effective and very accommodating especially Albert. Would 100% recommend
West Coast Motors Leeds did all my MOT repair. I had my rear service brake x2 nearside/offside, front anti-roll bar linkage joint, rear coil spring x2 nearside/offside, shock absorbers, exhaust system, front head dipped beam x1, I had my 02 (lambda sensor) removed and replaced- sensor 2. I also sorted my advisory - CV boot, rear nearside/ offside brake pipes x2 replaced. I also had a service done on my car. Albert is a very hard-working mechanic and gets the job done. Even though we had a misunderstanding, he dealt with me to a high standard, putting me as his customer first. I am the most happiest woman as I have had my engine management light on for roughly 3 years, I had my 02 lambda sensor 1 charge last year and knew lambda sensor 2 needed changing, Albert and his crew did an amazing job that I have charge my mine not to buy a new car and keep to my old car and stick to what I know. There is plenty of life in my old car. Also, next door to West Coast Motor is a MOT test centre, car spray business, alloy wheel clean up/ respray, and more. Albert is also reasonable on his price. Don't take my word for it. Just try. I am a 100% happy customer. Thank Albert 🙂.
