We made reservations for a birthday and we're seated with no issues. Then service and the meals were great. No complaints at all. I highly recommend West Texas Chophouse.
Very disappointing experience. Our table (and others) stayed dirty for over 30 minutes, and our food took more than 45 minutes to arrive. The manager was clearly overwhelmed, trying to clean tables himself while servers stood around chatting. When we couldn’t find our server, we asked another waiter to please clear the plates so we could finish our wine. He responded angrily and said, “I’m not your server.” What’s going on behind the scenes? Poor management? Understaffing? Low pay? Whatever it is, it shows. There has been a huge decline in service. We were frequent customers, but we won’t be coming back.
Truly magnificent steakhouse! Place to go on a lunch date with friends, family or colleagues. Our server, Dorian was the most intuitive server I ever had, he was attentive, friendly, and kept us happy. Lunch specials are perfectly sized, with dinner sized taste. Fresh baked bread with honey butter was warm and tasty. Sirloin steak was juicy and perfectly cooked.
I been here a few times the steaks was a New York and it was awesome, had the mac n cheese the 1st service of the MC was terrible they brought another and it hit the spot as always in quality and taste, to me this is one of the best in Texas for a Good Steak at a good Price.
Good steaks and pasta. I recommend any of the cuts but in particular sirloin, yup even better (sometimes) than ribeye. As far as pasta I recommend the Chipotle Alfredo pasta.
