VerifiziertI do not recommend this place. The master was rude and dishonest. Before the repair, I clearly stated several times that I wanted the sound to remain exactly the same. The salesperson assured me that he would double-check everything and contact me. After the repair, the sound was unbalanced — one driver was noticeably louder than the other. When I asked for either a refund or a proper repair, I was told that “it has to be like this,” which is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

This place is a huge scam. I went there to buy EarPods and was given fake white Apple ones. They started malfunctioning the moment I tried them on. They offered to exchange them when I returned, but the replacement pair also didn’t work. They repeatedly refused to refund me, giving different excuses each time. At first they said the manager was absent, and when I returned while the manager was actually there, he claimed the AirPods were only malfunctioning because of the way I was using them, which is obviously not true. He even told me to “behave” when all I was doing was calmly explaining that they had sold me defective, fake products. They then categorically refused to give me a refund, despite previously promising they would if the “Apple” products didn’t work. Everyone I dealt with was rude or unhelpful and clearly trying to scam customers with non-genuine and dysfunctional items. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop. If this is how they handle something as simple as EarPods, I can’t imagine how risky it would be to trust them with a computer.

London’s best go-to mobile phone repair solution. Ali replace my iPhone screen in 10 minutes and that costs me for less than 50 quids. The service is as world class as what you can get in Sham Shui Po or Mongkok. Highly recommend!

Ali helped a lot in repairing my headphones and at such a good price too! While I saw that it would cost around £150 online, Ali was able to fix everything for about half of this cost. Given that I rely on my headphones for basically everything, I am so so happy with the results. Even my attempt to fix it with superglue was covered up with my headphones looking brand new now! It took just shy of an hour to fix and he even offered to charge them for me while I was gone since they were extremely low battery since I had not been using them for about a week.

Repaired my GHD hair straighteners within 2 hours of me walking in and dropping them off. Very friendly and great customer service - was very clear about what the cost would be. Called me straight away when they were finished. Much easier than a postal repair. Would definitely recommend and use Westend Repairs again.
