I live at Stonebridge Condominiums in Madison Wisconsin and I believe this company was hired to do our snow removal here but if I am incorrect please let me know and I will remove this review and find out who is removing the snow. I have lived here for over 16 years and never had a snow removal company use plows on our sidewalks or near garage aprons because previously every snow removal company used snow blowers in these areas to prevent surface damage so Owners wouldn't have to pay for any damages thru increased Condominium dues or special assessments.I and other Residents have pictures of massive damage being done to our sidewalk grates, sidewalk, and speed bumps as these are ALL being completely ripped out by your plows and you are not using snow blowers at all that I see and the Owners were informed by the Stonebridge Condominium Board you use brine but I see salt pellets upon inspection so I am not sure if you are using both because brine is a liquid. According to our Board of Directors we are paying an additional $20,000.00 for this service and the garage aprons have always been cleared of snow for the last 16 years I have lived here but I edited this because you didn't clear them again today December 10th, 2025 and added pictures of some damage. Please note that Owners of the Association had to lobby profusely to get the speed bumps placed as it was a huge safety concern due to numerous vehicles speeding at least 40 miles per hour or more when its a posted 10 miles per hour speed limit around the campus. In fact when I had a Home Depot garage door contractor replace my opener during the day mind you he was almost hit by a speeding reckless driver and since he had a concealed carry permit he informed me he was ready to shoot at the vehicle as I reported this incident to the Board. I am now witnessing vehicles again driving reckless and speeding at enormous rates through the Independence Lane side creating health and safety issues and many are in danger of property damage, body/psychological injury, and or death. I am happy to know you have Insurance because if anything or anyone is damaged/injured or killed there will be accountability. Owners are paying $20,000.00 more?? I am expecting that Western will respond to this review stating they are going to repair any damage as they should have Insurance that covers this.
Our project was completed way beyond expectation. Exiquio, Maycoll and Elmer did ALL of the work by hand. Moving boulders, rock and soil as major equipment could not be used in our tight space. The neighbor's property was untouched by their careful work on our side space and our project was exactly what we wanted! They did all of this in one day. Wonderful workers and company. We would highly recommend them and Western Landscape to any thinking about a Landscape project.
From the office staff through the designers, installers, and project managers, you'll work with conscientious, knowledgeable, skillful and customer-oriented pros! They welcomed my ideas and questions, and communicated with me throughout the process. Timothy, Talah, Luke and Evan were prompt, courteous and often went the extra mile (including follow-up visits) to ensure the project was done right. Their landscaping and hardscaping work is beautiful and receives "wows" from all who visit. Thank you!

Exiquio and his team were amazing—hardworking, friendly, and detail-oriented. Our backyard project turned out absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space!!
Dave and team did an amazing job at our home! We had quite a bit of work done on multiple areas of our property and the team did great work! We had a minor miscommunication but Western’s team was all over it. Responsive, respectful and made sure to get everything done right, immediately. I highly recommend Western Landscape + Dave and team! Quality work, competitive prices and excellent customer service!
